Everything You Need to Know

How far in advance should I book?+
As soon as you have a date — popular summer weekends book up fast. We recommend 4–8 weeks minimum. Last-minute bookings (within 7 days) are available at an additional 00 and require full payment at booking.
What's included in the retainer and how does payment work?+
A 30% non-refundable retainer secures your date — your date is NOT held without it. Final balance plus the 00 refundable security deposit are due 14 days before your event. All invoices are sent via Square.
What is the 00 security deposit?+
The 00 security deposit is fully refundable. It is returned within 5 business days after the post-event inspection, as long as there is no damage, excess cleaning, or missing items. We send timestamped photos before and after every event.
Do you serve areas outside the 40-mile radius?+
Yes — we travel beyond 40 miles from Livingston, CA at .00 per mile with a 50 minimum out-of-area trip fee. Contact us for a custom quote on your specific location.
What if my venue doesn't have power or water?+
No problem. Our trailer has an onboard water tank option, and we offer a Generator + Fuel add-on for venues without reliable power. Just let us know when you submit your inquiry.
Are you permit-ready for public events?+
Yes. We provide capacity specs, a sanitation plan, and COI for permitted events. The White-Glove Elite package includes the full permit-ready documentation packet. For other tiers, just let us know what your venue requires.
What is your cancellation policy?+
The 30% retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations 30+ days before may apply remaining payments toward one rescheduled date. Cancellations 15–29 days before forfeit the retainer. Cancellations 14 days or less are non-refundable in full.
